Education and/or Special Training:
Min two years college or a Bachelor’s degree
Job Description:
Acting as Initial point of contact for clients, employees and vendors. Reception, phones, and customer service. Coordination of appointments/activities and calendar for CEO. Coordination of activities among offices. Maintain office inventory.
Other administrative functions as requested such as:
- Reception
- Mail management
- Filing
- Answering the phones
- Office supplies
- Kitchen supplies
- Scheduling / calendar management
- Shipping
- Traffic management
Qualifications / Work Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of experience
- Presentable
- Good in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- QuickBooks and Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
